We have done a real nice job remodeling those units at 301 N. Sunshine in Eloy. Rent is $845 + $60 Water + $20 Natural Gas + $25.35 Tax = $950.35 monthly. You would be responsibility for electricity through APS. We also have free wi-fi for everyone in the complex. It is a smaller complex which is nice because it’s much quieter than some others.
