We have done a real nice job remodeling those units at 301 N. Sunshine in Eloy. Rent is $795 + $60 Water +$15 Natural Gas + $23.85 Tax = $893.85. You would be responsible for electricity. We also have free wi-fi for everyone in the complex. It is a smaller complex which is nice because it’s much quieter than some others.
