Location is important to busy Students. The Courtyards of Miami is located on the corner of East Central Avenue and South Main Street and is close to the BCRTA bus route. The Courtyards of Miami was renovated in 2008 to offer students affordable, utility friendly housing as an alternative to the smaller dorms at the university, while still providing quick access to all the university has to offer.
This apartment has heat and internet included in the rent, making us more affordable than most houses. Our residents enjoy more privacy and less stress than sharing the same living quarters with several students. Most of our residents are “first time” renters and enjoy the easy access to the onsite property manager and 24 hour emergency maintenance.
The Courtyards of Miami offers off-street parking, onsite laundry facility, air conditioning, a shelter with picnic tables and a grill, updated apartments with free heat in most.
