All of our apartments are fully furnished with a couch, coffee table, study desk, dinette, bed, mattress, and dresser. *$25 per person, per month utility fee is required. This fee covers, gas, heat, water, sewer, and trash. Resident is responsible for electricity through DTE Energy. Each apartment is individually metered for electricity, so what you use is what you pay for
