Big driveway to park up to 4 cars. Bonfire in the front yard for roasting marshmallows. Everything has been renovated! Contact me if you plan to book for future months.
$500 Refundable deposit Plus $100 Cleaning fee to HOLD the place for your dates.
$1600 due 3 days before you check in to make sure it goes through before allowing access.
If more than 1 month rental, 1st of each month $1600 is due. I send you invoice through Turbo tenant to pay electronically.
