We have a large bedroom available for rent on the second floor of a single-family home, conveniently located near SFSU (San Francisco State University). This room is ideal for single individuals or students. The other two current tenants are female SFSU students.

Downtown and AAU University are about 30 minutes away, while City College (CCSF) and Balboa Park BART station are just a 10-minute drive. The residence is also conveniently close to the highway, offering a quick 20-minute drive to San Francisco International Airport. Hmart and Stonestown are within walking distance as well.
