The kitchen has brand new countertops and plenty of cabinet space. Just down the hall, find the main bedroom, with a king bed, and newly updated full bathroom.
Head up one more set of stairs to find the open loft. The loft offers a workspace, queen sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors that have direct access to the private sun deck! The sun deck will be the perfect spot to enjoy the sunny days and ocean breeze of Silver Strand.
Back on the first floor, you will find the second bedroom that has a king-sized futon that can also be converted into a twin bed. In the room is also a refrigerator, sink and en suite full bathroom! The sliding glass doors offer access to the back patio space.
The property includes enough parking for three cars, including one garage spot.

No cats. A dog is possible with owners' approval and an additional $500 pet deposit.
