2. Credit score of at least 650 from all people 18 and over that will be living in the unit
3. Before-tax monthly income of 2.5x the rent per month; combined between all people over 18 living in the unit

6. Co-signers must have a 650 credit score or higher and make a before-tax monthly income of 5.5x the rent per month.
