Boys! We're looking for some new guys for the summer(May-Aug), with option to stay for the year! This is the master bedroom in a beautiful 3 story Irvine house! Our group has always had 2-3 guys living in the master bedroom. It has the most space, it's own bathroom, two closets, a fireplace and a bathtub. Essentially it is its own studio. Currently the room is split between two people who both pay $800 each + utilities. Total is $1,600 and can be rented from one up to three guys! This house has been a haven for our friend group of Biola Grads for the last few years! As we're all getting married it's time to pass it on to some new men. This house has 5 bedrooms and a third story loft. A backyard with grass and a grill. A garage and driveway. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and safe. It has parks, a pool, jacuzzi, and trails all connected. We frequently walk to Chipotle and H Mart across the street. If all else fails we're a quick drive to the Tustin Marketplace! We've loved living here and I would love to bless a new group of dudes!
