We also have another room that is available immediately in a suite is shared with one other person and has a private bathroom. It is very similar set up and I can provide photos for you upon request.

The room in the picture has one private bedroom available with a large,private, ensuite bathroom and balcony. The suite is shared three other students who are serious about studying. They have their own bathrooms.The kitchen has ample storage.
This shared accommodation is perfect for students (especially at SFU, FIC and BCIT students). All new, modern furnishings and the use of bedding included. Each room also has a flat screen t.v, wireless high-speed internet, and bar fridge. The use of new pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils is included in the price. Laundry and utilities are also included in the price. There is a private entrance. It is close to amenities and is a 10 min bus ride to SFU, 10 min walk to the skytrain, 30 minute bus ride to BCIT. and a 5 minute walk to Burnaby Golf Course. Walking and biking trails within minutes. The bus stop is right in front of the house and it is on a major bus route so busses run frequently.
